IN-PERSON MIXED LEVEL ART CLASS
Our in-person mixed level art classes are held in a semi-private structure and is designed for students who are seeking to learn or improve a particular art skill. Students who enroll in this can expect to progress at their own pace. Whether it is learning the basics of cartooning, painting, or portraiture, each student is given a unique tailored-to-fit curriculum and one-on-one instructions with step by step demonstrations in how they should plan and create their art works. Our mixed level art classes are taught by Ontario Certified school teachers (OCT) and/or current practicing artists in their field.
IN-PERSON MIXED LEVEL ART CLASS
Junior / Intermediate / Senior Levels
SENIOR LEVEL
(Ages: 12+) (Gr.7+)
Students will begin to independently plan, visualize, and express their own ideas of what they want to create. Teachers will have some starting ideas for students to choose from and students will figure out how they want to execute those ideas.
Students will learn how to draw realistic human faces and body poses while exploring other techniques to create realistic or stylized works.

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL
(Ages: 8 - 12) (Gr.3 - 7)
Students will discover the fundamentals of drawing and painting, using techniques learned in class to create their art.
Students will learn observational drawing skills and how to exercise their creativity. They will start to recognize and identify the principles of art (proportion, balance, emphasis, etc.) to find their best vision for their artwork.

JUNIOR LEVEL
(Ages: 6 - 8) (Gr.1 - Gr.3)
*Recommended age to start is 8 years old for MIXED level art class*
Students will discover how to develop drawings relying on their own stories and personal interests.
Students will learn to draw and colour using a variety of different art mediums. They will begin to identify the elements of art such as shapes and colours.

Mixed Level Art Class Fee: $30 + HST / 1.5 hours
Payment: All our classes are paid on a monthly basis; payments are received by the first class of the month.

Junior Level: Junior level students will need to bring an art sketchbook. All other art materials will be provided each class.

Intermediate Level and Senior Level: Both Intermediate and Senior Level will be provided with basic art materials but will need to supply their own consumables (ex. acrylic paints and shading pencils sets.)
